Very Large Blue Decorated Stoneware Jar with old make do tin base. Although not marked it closely resembles early New York Thomas Commeraw examples.

Incised blue flower type decoration on both sides. Has a make do tin base and applied handles with one partially missing.No cracks but does have two small chips along the top edge. – Measures overall 14″ tall by 9 1/2″ across the top and 7 1/2 across the base.
